For older fans Sextet will put a massive smile accross your face. Sextet carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. This ten-song debut EP shows the promise that A Certain Ratio has. If you love A Certain Ratio as much as I do, then A Certain Ratio Sextet is the CD for you!
Simple and heartfelt closing track Crystal closes Sextet on a high note. Gum is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Sextet. Skipscada - I just love it. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on Sextet is Day One. Rub Down is a bit of a show-tune. Rialto is a very catchy tune. Below The Canal (4:00) a good melody.
