Songs of Praise is an amazing album, racked with beauty.This is the first studio album from Addicts since bad diagnosis in 1981. Since completing 1981’s ‘England’, Addicts fulfilled their contract with Blue Note Records and where under no obligation to release another album. IF you love Addicts, ‘Songs of Praise’ Mp3’s is the best!
I’ve found myself listening to Hurt back to back and back many times. Just Like Me - This is a very lively song. Tango is a gorgeous song and it grows on you. Telepathic People gives good insight into the truths. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. Get Adicted is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after Songs of Praise have ended. Viva la Revolution is the first taste of the new album. After few listenings I started to like Calling Calling more and more. In the Background is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. Dynasty without a doubt is the standout song of Songs of Praise. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Peculiar Music. Numbers is the funkiest number on the album. I like Sensitive because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. The sound of Songs of Praise is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot.
