Renaissance De La Harpe Celtique Cd1 isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. I am not a real Celtic music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Renaissance De La Harpe Celtique Cd1′ really is amazing. Alan Stivell was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Alan Stivell and Renaissance De La Harpe Celtique Cd1 together. Oh yes, this album gets Array out of Array
Suite Des Montagnes is the song that really did it for me. You have to get essence of the Marig Ar Pollanton’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece. Droceliande is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Alan Stivell released so far. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. Sally Free and Easy rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. Within the first few notes of Suite Irelandaise it’s perfectly clear that Alan Stivell is living this song. Silvestrig is a fine track on any terms. Although Tenval An Deiz is very melodic it is far from sad. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. In Ys Alan Stivell is at his best. The song Marv Pontkalleg ending is my favorite… so catchy! I hope to keep hearing Alan Stivell works for a long time to come. Eliz Iza is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song.
