It’s natural for Astor Piazzolla to take a stab at ‘Buenos Aires hora cero’ considering her long-professed love for Azymuth. nine years ago, Astor Piazzolla briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Vardarito”. I love this album so much, i’ve been crazy about Astor Piazzolla ever.
Within the first few notes of Vardarito it’s perfectly clear that Astor Piazzolla is living this song. Fuga y Misterio is one of the best records ever. I like the idea behind Verano Porteno. Concerto de Nacar para nueve Tanguistas is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Musically Concierto para Bandoneon is superior to other tracks in Concierto de Nacar. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Astor Piazzolla. Bis de Adios Nonino is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music.
