Bauhaus’s debut, ‘Burning From The Inside’, does not fit easily into one genre. Burning From The Inside carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Bauhaus. Bauhaus is one of my favourite bands of all time.
Antonin Artaud is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Bauhaus released so far. This track is just a stunning masterpiece. This track is clearly meant to showcase Bauhaus’s vocal abilities. Who Killed Mr. Moonlight still maintains something of a specific flourish. Slice Of Life - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. Honeymoon Croon - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. In Kingdom’s Coming Bauhaus is at his best. Burning From The Inside pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Hope is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. Song Here’s The Dub is actually a funny song. I was truly moved when I heard Departure. Vocals of Bauhaus in The Sanity Assassin really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm.
