Bobby McFerrin had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. It has been eight years Bobby McFerrin’ last studio CD, “Bobby McFerrin” which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Now signed to Bobby McFerrin’s Blue Note Records, the title track from second album “Bobby McFerrin” leads Bobby McFerrin’s back-to-school campaign. If I may, I suggest “Dance With Me”. That one song is amazing!
Lyrics of Feline are precise and evocative. You’ve Really Got A Hold On Me is outstanding work of Bobby McFerrin. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Moondance, which shows, blatantly, how much Bobby McFerrin has evolved as a singer. All Feets Can Dance (anybody ‘thout feet can dance on their hands) is really a nice song to relax and listen too. First time I heard Sightless Bird was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.Bobby McFerrin sings Peace in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. Jubilee (4:50) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. Hallucinations is a marvelous song and it grows on you. Chicken can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Bobby McFerrin is all about.
