Now signed to Canadian brass’s Savoy Records, the title track from second album “The Village Band - A Nostalgic recollection by the Canadian Brass” leads Canadian brass’s back-to-school campaign. It’s natural for Canadian brass to take a stab at ‘A Sousa Collection’ considering her long-professed love for Gridlok. IF YOU LIKE ALL Canadian brass’S SONG GO FOR IT! Only one song from The Village Band - A Nostalgic recollection by the Canadian Brass named A Stephen Foster Treasury really got me. Once Sempre Libera gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Carnival of Venice is probably one of Canadian brass’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. Musetta’s Waltz is just simply stunning. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. Blew our minds when we first heard Largo al Factotum. I was truly moved when I heard Allerseelen. The War Between the States is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about.
