This is the first studio album from Caravan since bad diagnosis in 1976. Blind Dog At St. Dunstans’ carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. Thom Yorke has compared writing for Caravan’s new album to that on ‘Blind Dog At St. Dunstans” - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Great Blues right here!
I hope to keep hearing Caravan works for a long time to come. Music in A Very Smelly, Grubby Little.. is excellent as in all tracks of Blind Dog At St. Dunstans’. Caravan has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. Oik (Reprise) is outstanding work of Caravan. Jack And Jill is marvelous song though, very addictive. Can You Hear Me is really a nice song to relax and listen too. This track is a great song that still never gets old.
