Now signed to Charles Aznavour’s Mute Records, the title track from second album “Olympia 1972 Live (CD2)” leads Charles Aznavour’s back-to-school campaign. It has been fifteen years Charles Aznavour’ last studio CD, “Olympia 1972 Live (CD2)” which won Array Academy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. There is so much to love about Charles Aznavour, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Great Pop right here!
Le Palais De Nos Chimeres - a classic song. I loved Je N’peux Pas Rentrer Chez Moi the first time I heard it. This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. Apres L’amour is the album’s biggest hit, I think. I came to like Poker. Sa Jeunesse Entre Ses Mains was the first single release from the album Olympia 1972 Live (CD2). Si Je N’avais Plus is probably the highlight of the album. Listening to Pour Faire Une Jam you can hear that Charles Aznavour has still amazing chemistry with band members. Sur Ma Vie is probably one of Charles Aznavour’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. Le Chemin De L’eternite is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. J’aime Paris Au Mois De Mai is really the reason why I recommend buying Olympia 1972 Live (CD2). This song is dynamic and dramatic. No Charles Aznavour song has come close to capturing my attention as Je M’voyais Deja did. I hope to keep hearing Charles Aznavour works for a long time to come. Tant De Monnaie - another great track from the Olympia 1972 Live (CD2) album. It’s such an underrated song. Such hits like Depart Express will leave you hooked. Charles Aznavour offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. This is one hell of a track.
