It’s natural for Charles Aznavour to take a stab at ‘Je N’ai Pas Vu Le Temps Passer’ considering her long-professed love for EMF. Now signed to Charles Aznavour’s EMI Records, the title track from second album “Olympia 1980 Live (CD1)” leads Charles Aznavour’s back-to-school campaign. I am not a real Chanson music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Olympia 1980 Live (CD1)’ really is amazing. I love this album so much, i’ve been crazy about Charles Aznavour ever.
All of songs on Olympia 1980 Live (CD1) and have something to say letting alone Allez Vai Marseille. Le Souvenir De Toi is the first taste of the new album. Mon Ami, Mon Judas is absolutely incredible. Etre - Okay, I just talked about depth. It’s a great pleasure to listen to J’ai Vu Paris from the beginning to the end. Voice and instruments in Bienvenue A L’Olympia complement each other. |titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. After few listenings I started to like Ca Passe more and more. Ave Maria very upbeat. This track is clearly meant to showcase Charles Aznavour’s vocal abilities. Some of the arrangements found on Olympia 1980 Live (CD1) are surprisingly edgy. From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit. Hier Encore - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. The song La Boheme ending is my favorite… so catchy!
