It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of David Lanz energies, virtually a rebirth. ‘Heartsounds’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Heartsounds isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. I wish that “Heartsounds” album was instrumental.
Homecoming is a very catchy tune. The Embrace - arguably the best track on Heartsounds album. Gideon’s Arrival one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. Star Gazer is perfect. Dream Field is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Farewell Amparo has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. Sun Song is one of the best records ever. In a Holy Place great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.
