For older fans On Through the Night will put a massive smile accross your face. Self-described as Pop: Pop-Rock with lots of words, Def Leppard comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. While no new Def Leppard album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1980 tour in North America. Enjoy the show.
I like the idea behind Hello America. Sorrow Is a Woman (3:55) - awsome. Music of It Could Be You is gentle, never overbearing. Satellite is perfect. When the Walls Come Tumbling Down has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. I like the agression and power of Wasted. After few listenings I started to like Rocks Off more and more. It Don’t Matter is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. I have all of Def Leppard’s tracks and Answer to the Master is probably the most his introspective effort. This track is a great song that still never gets old.
