Self-described as Pop with lots of words, Demis Roussos comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. IF YOU LIKE ALL Demis Roussos’S SONG GO FOR IT! Demis Roussos’s debut, ‘Forever and Ever’, does not fit easily into one genre. This is what good Pop should be.
My Friend The Wind is the funkiest number on the album. This track is a great song that still never gets old. Lay It Down is a medium tempo tune. Within the first few notes of Lovely Sunny Days it’s perfectly clear that Demis Roussos is living this song. Lost In A Dream - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. Velvet Mornings can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Demis Roussos is all about. When I listen to Rebecca in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. When I Am A Kid - This one makes me want to not only sing along. Goodbye My Love Goodbye is a bit of a show-tune.
