Volle Kraft Voraus isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. Now signed to Die Krupps’s Mute Records, the title track from second album “Volle Kraft Voraus” leads Die Krupps’s back-to-school campaign. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Die Krupps energies, virtually a rebirth. I love this album so much, i’ve been crazy about Die Krupps ever.
It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Goldfinger, which shows, blatantly, how much Die Krupps has evolved as a singer. Fur Eine Augenblink is the album’s biggest hit, I think. Tod Und Teufel makes a person feel amazing. Das Ende Der Traume gives good insight into the truths. Neue Helden - another great track from the Volle Kraft Voraus album. Wahre Arbeit - Wahrer Lohn is a good listen every once in a while. Only one song from Volle Kraft Voraus named …Denn Du Lebst Nur Einmal really got me. Zwei Herzen, Ein Rhythmus is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. Wahre Arbeit - Wahrer Lohn catches attention immediately, True Work - True Pay can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Die Krupps is all about.
