Since Electric Light Orchestra last CD (Discovery) on Columbia Records back in 1979, I have felt a massive void in my life. I am not a real Rock music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Discovery’ really is amazing. Self-described as Rock with lots of words, Electric Light Orchestra comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. This is my first Electric Light Orchestra Album and i must say i am blown away.
The song Confusion ending is my favorite… so catchy! Need Her Love gives taste of what makes Electric Light Orchestra special as a musician. The Diary of Horace Wimp is possibly the best song Electric Light Orchestra has come up. Last Train to London one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. Midnight Blue is almost impossible to review. In On the Run the music gets its power. I have all of Electric Light Orchestra’s tracks and Wishing is probably the most his introspective effort. Song Don’t Bring Me Down is actually a funny song.
