I am not a real Instrumental music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Gothic Dramas (Drammi Gotici)’ really is amazing. It’s natural for Ennio Morricone to take a stab at ‘Kaiserstrasse’ considering her long-professed love for Azymuth. This is the first studio album from Ennio Morricone since bad diagnosis in 1977. Exciting stuff.
There is amazing mix of music in Ennio Morricone_La Strada Della Follia. As always, Ennio Morricone’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. Ennio Morricone_Fuori Dalla Realta had me crying as I was able to relate so well. Strong, powerful vocals of Ennio Morricone in Pioggia are very impressive. A fantastic track full of wonder. Citta’ Ferita is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Ennio Morricone_Suoni Dissociati is a medium tempo tune. E’una Vampiro is one of the more up-tempo songs on Gothic Dramas (Drammi Gotici). This track is full of harmonies and gets Gothic Dramas (Drammi Gotici) off to a relaxing start. I can’t stop playing Ennio Morricone_La Casa Della Streghe. Ennio Morricone_Viole Nella Nebbia is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. After few listenings I started to like Ennio Morricone_Tra Sospiri E Lamenti more and more. Ennio Morricone_Ricordo Di Dino Asciolla is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after Gothic Dramas (Drammi Gotici) have ended. In Ennio Morricone_Diario Di Un Pazzo the music gets its power. |titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in Gothic Dramas (Drammi Gotici). When listening to Ennio Morricone_Elegia Per Violino E Pianoforte, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable.
