Be True To You - A catchy, upbeat tune. Wild Crow Blues is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. All of songs on Be True To You and have something to say letting alone Ol’ 55. Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think Time Run Like A Freight Train is my favorite song on Be True To You. Liza, Light The Candle actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Eric Andersen’s face. Woman, She Was Gentle marked the continuation of Eric Andersen in style evolution. I like the idea behind Can’t Get You Out Of My Life. In The Blues Keep Fallin’ Llike The Rain Eric Andersen is at his best. What sets Love Is Just A Game apart is Eric Andersen’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres.
