It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Eurythmics energies, virtually a rebirth. This is one of the best Cd’s Eurythmics has dropped to date. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Eurythmics on ‘Here Comes The Rain Again’. Eurythmics is one of my favourite bands of all time.
Regrets is a astounding sing-along. Right By Your Side is another strong production from Eurythmics. Cool Blue is another favourite of mine. I’ve found myself listening to Who’s That Girl back to back and back many times. Eurythmics sings The First Cut in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. Aqua is pretty funky and mellow. I now have No Fear No Hate No Pain as one of my personal favorites. Paint A Rumour - I like this one.
