This is one of the best Cd’s Exciter has dropped to date. When you buy a Exciter album, you know exactly what you’re getting! Exciter was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Exciter and Heavy Metal Maniac together. Cool, but I like their other actual stuff better like Heavy Metal Maniac.
This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. Heavy Metal Maniac - arguably the best track on Heavy Metal Maniac album. Iron Dogs is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. Some call Mistress Of Evil from Heavy Metal Maniac as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. Under Attack is the most memorable and astounding. Rising Out Of The Dead is absolutely incredible. Blackwitch - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Exciter. I find myself hearing bits of Cry Of The Banshee here and there throughout my waking hours. Worl War III is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after Heavy Metal Maniac have ended.
