After debuting at No. 1 last week, Fairuz’s album Ishar falls to No. 2 with 371,000, a sales slide of 60%. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Fairuz on ‘Ishar’. There is so much to love about Fairuz, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Ishar is not something you should pass up.
Khaifakolil great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.Ya Garatal Wadi is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. Sakana Al Leyel is a very catchy tune. Habbeytak catches attention immediately, Ishar couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Dhakhilik Ya Emmi. Dak Elhawa is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. Audiotrack 09 is worth the money. I can’t stop playing Audiotrack 10. I’ve found myself listening to Audiotrack 11 back to back and back many times. Audiotrack 12 is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after Ishar have ended. Audiotrack 13 - I just love it. Audiotrack 14 is nothing but pure genius. It’s such an underrated song. I believe Audiotrack 16 is one of the most excellent, heartfelt songs ever written.
