Faust was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Faust and 71 Minutes Of together. This is the first studio album from Faust since bad diagnosis in 1975. It’s natural for Faust to take a stab at ‘Munic A’ considering her long-professed love for KLF. Lots of variety between tracks. My favorite is Baby
Baby is the most memorable and excellent. Meer - This is a very lively song. Munic B is just simply stunning. After about the third Don’t Take Roots listen through, I began to believe this song is Faust’s essence. You can find feelings on this piece of art. Party 8 still maintains something of a specific flourish. It’s a great pleasure to listen to Psalter from the beginning to the end. Party 5 is so unique, as each one of the songs is. Faust offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. What sets Party 3 apart is Faust’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. Party 6 is the marvelous blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. Party 4 is possibly the best song Faust has come up.
