Since Francis Cabrel last CD (Fragile) on Columbia Records back in 1980, I have felt a massive void in my life. There were many famous songs of Francis Cabrel available. IF YOU LIKE ALL Francis Cabrel’S SONG GO FOR IT! La Dame De Haute-Savoie and L’encre De Tes Yeux is really good.
After you’ve listened to L’encre De Tes Yeux, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. De L’autre Cote De Toi - This one is lively and fun. Francis Cabrel rocks harder than ever with Trop Grand Maintenant. Elle Ecoute Pousser Les Fleurs is the excellent blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. Je Pense Encore A Toi - My least favorite song on this album. Music in Cool Papa Cool is excellent as in all tracks of Fragile. Si Tu La Croises Un Jour - A classic Francis Cabrel track. Le Petit Gars - a classic song. Plus Personne is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. It took me a little time but I ended up loving Derniere Chanson.
