Le Corps De Mon Ennemi isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. Now signed to Francis Lai’s Virgin Records, the title track from second album “Le Corps De Mon Ennemi” leads Francis Lai’s back-to-school campaign. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Francis Lai on ‘Je Me Souviens De Ce Temps La’. If you love Francis Lai as much as I do, then Francis Lai Le Corps De Mon Ennemi is the CD for you!
Le Corps De Mon Ennemi (Final) to me is the best you can get from Francis Lai. Francis Lai sings his heart out in Au Creux De La Nuit. Francis Lai is one of artists that allow his songs like La Valse Des Souvenirs to stand on their own and be heard. Je Ne Suis Pas Des Tiens is perfect. Jack Pot one of the best in my collection. I like the idea behind Ma Ville, Mes Amours. Je Me Souviens De Ce Temps La - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. I was truly moved when I heard Number One. Francis Lai emotions are reflected through Your Hair In My Eyes. Le Corps De Mon Ennemi couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Et Puis Tu M’as Oublio. Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think Mademoiselle is my favorite song on Le Corps De Mon Ennemi. This song may be the most meaningful. Ma Ville A Perpotuito is almost impossible to review. Je L’aime, Elle M’aime is the first taste of the new album. Le Corps De Mon Ennemi one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard.
