Fillmore East June ‘71 carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. On the Spain charts, superstar Frank Zappa’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. There is no doubt that Frank Zappa has talent. I wish that “Fillmore East June ‘71″ album was instrumental.
One of the more genuine-sounding songs is The Mud Shark. What Kind Of Girl Do You Think We Are - This one makes me want to not only sing along. This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. Latex Solar Beef is astounding. When I listen to Willie The Pimp in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. I love the melodic melody of Do You Like My New Car and to this day it makes me feel good. Happy Together is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. Although Peaches En Regalia is very melodic it is far from sad. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer.
