It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Frank Zappa energies, virtually a rebirth. For older fans The Man From Utopia will put a massive smile accross your face. Frank Zappa’s debut, ‘The Man From Utopia’, does not fit easily into one genre. I wish that “The Man From Utopia” album was instrumental.
Sex has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. This is probably my favorite song on the album. The Radio Is Broken I just LOVE this mix! We Are Not Alone is the more seemingly obscure song on The Man From Utopia that bear up best to repeated listening. I hope to keep hearing Frank Zappa works for a long time to come. The Man From Utopia Meets Mary Lou gives taste of what makes Frank Zappa special as a musician. Stick Together gives good insight into the truths. The Jazz Discharge Party Hats - To me, this is the best song on the The Man From Utopia. Luigi & The Wise Guys is the first taste of the new album. Moggio - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody.
