Heartbreaker is an amazing album, racked with beauty.Free had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. fifteen years ago, Free briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Come Together In The Morning”. This is my first Free Album and i must say i am blown away.
Come Together In The Morning - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. Travellin In Style - This is a very lively song. Within the first few notes of Heartbreaker it’s perfectly clear that Free is living this song. Muddy Water as a highlight of Heartbreaker contains a ton of marvelous melodies. Common Mortal Man is a bit of a show-tune. Easy On My Soul is a song to enjoy for years to come. Seven Angels rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. After few listenings I started to like My Brother Jake more and more.
