Now signed to Geordie’s SixSteps records, the title track from second album “Save The World” leads Geordie’s back-to-school campaign. Since completing 1976’s ‘Mamma’s Gonna Take You Home’, Geordie fulfilled their contract with SixSteps records and where under no obligation to release another album. Mila Sparrow has compared writing for Geordie’s new album to that on ‘Save The World’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Unappreciated gift to Rock: Hard-Rock
Geordie emotions are reflected through She’s A Teaser. Lyrics of Goodbye Love are precise and evocative. I Cried Today is a song to enjoy for years to come. You Do This To Me is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track Geordie ever produced. Save The World is beautiful, yet underrated track. I like the idea behind Rocking Horse. Fire Queen is a amazing song and it grows on you. I find myself hearing bits of She’s A Lady here and there throughout my waking hours. Light In My Window one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. Ride On Baby rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. We’re All Right Now has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album.
