In Lemme At It George Duke is at his best. Only one song from Reach For It named Hot Fire really got me. I have all of George Duke’s tracks and Reach For It is probably the most his introspective effort. Just For You is kind of track that compels you to skip back and drink it in one more time before moving on through Reach For It. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. Searchin’ My Mind is perfect. Watch Out Baby! hits the heart. Diamonds is one of the best records ever. The End - a classic song. Bring It On Home is a perfect, simple song by George Duke at the top of his game.
