December is an amazing album, racked with beauty.IF YOU LIKE ALL George Winston’S SONG GO FOR IT! After debuting at No. 1 last week, George Winston’s album December falls to No. 2 with 780,000, a sales slide of 55%. December is preety good and all the songs have a good meaning behind them.
George Winston is hitting on all cylinders in Jesus, Jesus, Rest Your Head. Joy is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. One listen to the sheer beauty of Prelude was all I needed. Carol Of The Bells is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after December have ended. Night Part 1- Snow was the first single release from the album December. Night Part 2- Midnight is almost impossible to review. After about the third Night Part 3- Minstrels listen through, I began to believe this song is George Winston’s essence. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. The Holly and The Ivy is a striking and quite long song. Some Children See Him has a fun tempo. Within the first few notes of Peace it’s perfectly clear that George Winston is living this song. A Christmas Song is perfect. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Sleep Baby Mine.
