I am not a real Pop music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Dialogo Tra Un Impegnato E Un Non So, CD1′ really is amazing. This -song debut EP shows the promise that Giorgio Gaber has. This album has some very good songs like la liberte (introduzione) and Dialogo I. This is my first Giorgio Gaber Album and i must say i am blown away.
I find myself hearing bits of Dialogo I here and there throughout my waking hours. Un’idea is a good listen every once in a while. |titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. Il signor G e l’amore is a gorgeous sing-along. Lo Shampoo - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. From the moment you listen to La macchina you’re hooked. As always, Giorgio Gaber’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. Simple and heartfelt closing track Il Pelo (monologo) closes Dialogo Tra Un Impegnato E Un Non So, CD1 on a high note. Blew our minds when we first heard L’Ingranaggio (ripresa). Dialogo II pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. This track is just a stunning masterpiece. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Dialogo Tra Un Impegnato E Un Non So, CD1. e’ sabato - My least favorite song on this album. I now have Noci di cocco as one of my personal favorites. La liberta’ is the more seemingly obscure song on Dialogo Tra Un Impegnato E Un Non So, CD1 that bear up best to repeated listening. It’s a great pleasure to listen to La bombola from the beginning to the end.
