four years ago, Glass, Philip briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Act II”. Bun B. Hear has compared writing for Glass, Philip’s new album to that on ‘The Photographer’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. On The Photographer album, Glass, Philip have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. The Photographer is preety good and all the songs have a good meaning behind them.
Act II is one of the best records ever. In A Gentleman’s Honor (instrumental) full palet of sound is used by Glass, Philip to accentuate the presentation. I listened to the opening track Act III and liked it a lot.
