Since Glenn Branca last CD (Symphony No. 1 (Tonal Plexus)) on Blue Note Records back in 1983, I have felt a massive void in my life. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Glenn Branca energies, virtually a rebirth. This album has some very good songs like First Movement and Second Movement. If I may, I suggest “First Movement”. That one song is amazing!
I came to like Second Movement. I have all of Glenn Branca’s tracks and Third Movement is probably the most his introspective effort. Fourth Movement is the first taste of the new album.
