‘Gryphon’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. For older fans Gryphon will put a massive smile accross your face. There is no doubt that Gryphon has talent. This is my first Gryphon Album and i must say i am blown away.
I like to sing along with Sir Gavin Grimbold, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. Touch And Go is really a nice song to relax and listen too. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Three Jolly Butchers because the melody in the chorus is so good. Put Pastime With Good Company into car stereo for your highway driving The Unquiet Grave defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. In Estampie full palet of sound is used by Gryphon to accentuate the presentation. The Astrologer is excellent and different song. Still going through Gryphon and coming to appreciate Tea Wrecks more and more with every listen. Juniper Suite is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. The Devil And The Farmer`s Wif is the funkiest number on the album.
