IF YOU LIKE ALL Husker Du’S SONG GO FOR IT! Husker Du was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Husker Du and Metal Circus together. There is no doubt that Husker Du has talent. Overall, I would highly recommend Metal Circus CD.
Deadly Skies actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Husker Du’s face. Within the first few notes of It’s Not Funny Anymore it’s perfectly clear that Husker Du is living this song. First Of The Last Calls is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. Lifeline has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Husker Du’s strong vocals come to the fore. I listened to the opening track Diane and liked it a lot. Out On A Limb - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites.
