On the Slovenia charts, superstar Jefferson Airplane’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Jefferson Airplane energies, virtually a rebirth. After seeing Blues From An Airplane, I had to have a good Jefferson Airplane cd. Enjoy the show.
Let Me In is almost impossible to review. Bringing Me Down is one of these floating songs. It’s No Secret can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Jefferson Airplane is all about. Tobacco Road is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle. Runnin’ Round This World is the album’s biggest hit, I think. Come Up The Years one of the best in my collection. I think Run Around is the best song Jefferson Airplane has ever done. Let’s Get Together is beautiful, yet underrated track. Don’t Slip Away is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. Chauffeur Blues - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. And I Like It defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone.
