Self-described as Rock & Roll with lots of words, Jerry Lee Lewis comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. On the Ireland charts, superstar Jerry Lee Lewis’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. After seeing Little Queenie, I had to have a good Jerry Lee Lewis cd. Such great and happy songs.
This song may be the most meaningful. What sets I Love You Because apart is Jerry Lee Lewis’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. Crazy Arms is really a nice song to relax and listen too. Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. Matchbox is a cool song and it grows on you. When I listen to The House Of The Blue Lights in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive. Money That S What I Want - A strong beat. Be Bop A Lula is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. Save The Last Dance For Me is gorgeous and different song. Good Golly Miss Molly is a fine track on any terms. Sweet Little Sixteen - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. Whole Lotta Shaking Going On is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. This track is just fantastic from start to finish. Rambling Rose stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty. The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. Put Loving Up A Storm into car stereo for your highway driving It’ll Be Me - Okay, I just talked about depth. This is probably my favorite song on the album. This song stands out greatly from the others. This track is clearly meant to showcase Jerry Lee Lewis’s vocal abilities. There is perfect mix of music in I’ve Been Twisting. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. What’d I Say is a bit different from Jerry Lee Lewis stereotypical stuff. After about the third Living Loving Wreck listen through, I began to believe this song is Jerry Lee Lewis’s essence. Rockin’ Up A Strom couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Wild One Real Wild Child. Jambalaya is one of the more up-tempo songs on Rockin’ Up A Strom. Sixty Minute Man - This one is lively and fun. Musically Hound Dog is superior to other tracks in Rockin’ Up A Strom.
