Lead single “I. Nahandove” and “II. Aoua!” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. Lots of variety between tracks. My favorite is II. Aoua!
II. Aoua! is gorgeous and different song. III. Il est doux de se coucher to me is the best you can get from Jessye Norman - soprano, Michel Debost - flute, Renaud Fontanarosa - violoncelle.
