Joan Baez Diamonds and Rust MP3

Joan Baez Diamonds and Rust imageWhile no new Joan Baez album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1975 tour in Africa. Since completing 1975’s ‘Diamonds & Rust’, Joan Baez fulfilled their contract with Virgin Records and where under no obligation to release another album. ‘Diamonds and Rust’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Smart music for smart people.

Fountain Of Sorrow without a doubt is the standout song of Diamonds and Rust. Never Dreamed You’d Leave In S marked the continuation of Joan Baez in style evolution. Children And All That Jazz stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty. Simple Twist Of Fate is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart. After few listenings I started to like Blue Sky more and more. Hello In There to me is the best you can get from Joan Baez. Listening to Jesse you can hear that Joan Baez has still amazing chemistry with band members. Winds Of The Old Days is the excellent blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. Put Dida into car stereo for your highway driving I Dream Of Jeannie, Danny Boy - To me, this is the best song on the Diamonds and Rust.
