‘Electric Guitarist’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. When you buy a John McLaughlin album, you know exactly what you’re getting! This eight-song debut EP shows the promise that John McLaughlin has. This is my first John McLaughlin Album and i must say i am blown away.
Friendship marked the continuation of John McLaughlin in style evolution. This track is a great song that still never gets old. Do You Hear The Voices You Left Behind is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. Are You The One Are You The One - This one is lively and fun. This is the most melodic ambitious and satisfying track in Electric Guitarist. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is My Foolish Heart because the melody in the chorus is so good.
