I am not a real Punk music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Closer’ really is amazing. Since Joy Division last CD (Closer) on Columbia Records back in 1980, I have felt a massive void in my life. Closer carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. This is what good Punk should be.
First time I heard Isolation was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Joy Division. I like the idea behind Colony. Means To An End is a strong cut, one of many. Some call Heart and Soul from Closer as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. Twenty Four Hours - This one is lively and fun. Joy Division emotions are reflected through The Eternal. Charming song, great melody.
