Now signed to Joy Division’s EMI Records, the title track from second album “Live At YMCA London 02.08.1979″ leads Joy Division’s back-to-school campaign. It’s natural for Joy Division to take a stab at ‘Intro ‘Gregorian Chant” considering her long-professed love for Ondskapt. While no new Joy Division album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1979 tour in Africa. This album is in perfect progression from Joy Division!
Dead Souls is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. I listened to the opening track Disorder and liked it a lot. Once you hear Wilderness, you will listen to it over and over. I like Autosuggestion because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. The song Transmission ending is my favorite… so catchy! Live At YMCA London 02.08.1979 couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Day Of The Lords. Once She’s Lost Control gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Shadowplay is a bit different from Joy Division stereotypical stuff. Atrocity Exhibition gives taste of what makes Joy Division special as a musician. This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely. Extro ‘Gregorian Chant’ one of the best in my collection.
