This is one of the best Cd’s Kevin Locke has dropped to date. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Kevin Locke’s album Love Songs Of The Lakota falls to No. 2 with 804,000, a sales slide of 81%. While no new Kevin Locke album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1983 tour in South America. It is very deep stuff - very exciting
This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. The Gossiper Song one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. Sioux Falls Mai - another great track from the Love Songs Of The Lakota album. Stand And Wait is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. You Came After is one of the more up-tempo songs on Love Songs Of The Lakota. Morning Star Lo is beautiful, yet underrated track. This track is clearly meant to showcase Kevin Locke’s vocal abilities. I’m Crying Looking For You is probably one of Kevin Locke’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. Badlands Boy is one of my favorite songs by Kevin Locke. Ink Pa Ta is so unique, as each one of the songs is. The Photograph (2:40) a good melody.
