It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Kim Robertson energies, virtually a rebirth. There is no doubt that Kim Robertson has talent. Now signed to Kim Robertson’s Mute Records, the title track from second album “Wind Shadows” leads Kim Robertson’s back-to-school campaign. Lauda and Morgan Meaghan is really good.
Kim Robertson has astounded me with this amazing track. I believe March Of King Laois is one of the most amazing, heartfelt songs ever written. This song stands out greatly from the others. Album opener Spagnoletta is a bright, upbeat ditty. Arron Boat Song still maintains something of a specific flourish. Eleanor Plunkett - A strong beat. A fantastic track full of wonder. King Of The Fairies had me crying as I was able to relate so well. You have to get essence of the Give Me Your Hand’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Bittersweet - For me, this is the best of the album. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. The song Bittersweet Ii ending is my favorite… so catchy! I loved Carolans’ Dream the first time I heard it. It took me a little time but I ended up loving Caseys’ Hornpipe.
