Since Klaus Schonning last CD (Nasavu) on Virgin Records back in 1982, I have felt a massive void in my life. Nasavu carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. Since completing 1982’s ‘Cygnus’, Klaus Schonning fulfilled their contract with Virgin Records and where under no obligation to release another album. To me Klaus Schonning is the best band ever.
Klaus Schonning sings his heart out in Pyxis. Trix is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Leda is the album’s biggest hit, I think. Quetus is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. Turbulence has a fun tempo. If you are a Klaus Schonning fan, you will love Nasavu.
