After debuting at No. 1 last week, Kool and the Gang’s album Kool And The Gang falls to No. 2 with 248,000, a sales slide of 80%. Jim Jones has compared writing for Kool and the Gang’s new album to that on ‘Kool And The Gang’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. I love this album so much, i’ve been crazy about Kool and the Gang ever.
breeze & soul gives taste of what makes Kool and the Gang special as a musician. So much energy, so exciting a sound.As always, Kool and the Gang’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. A great put together song. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. kool’s back again is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. the gang’s back again is the song that really did it for me. raw hamburger is the album’s biggest hit, I think. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: 10.let the music take your mind, which shows, blatantly, how much Kool and the Gang has evolved as a singer.
