This is the first studio album from Kraftwerk since bad diagnosis in 1981. It’s natural for Kraftwerk to take a stab at ‘Computer World’ considering her long-professed love for Led Zeppelin. Since completing 1981’s ‘Computer World’, Kraftwerk fulfilled their contract with ForeFront Records and where under no obligation to release another album. This is the best album I have heard in a long time
I can’t stop playing Pocket Calculator. Numbers is probably the highlight of the album. Computer World 2 is a bit of a show-tune. In Computer Love you won’t find any flashy solos. When listening to Home Computer, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor.
