There is so much to love about Loudness, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Loudness’s debut, ‘The Birthday Eve’, does not fit easily into one genre. ‘The Birthday Eve’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Lots of variety between tracks. My favorite is Street Woman
One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Street Woman. In Sexy Woman it becomes nowhere more obvious that Loudness has yet to define own style. This track is full of harmonies and gets The Birthday Eve off to a relaxing start. Open Your Eyes is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. A great put together song. High Try is almost impossible to review. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on The Birthday Eve is I’m On Fire.
