There is so much to love about Maki Nomiya, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. On the Croatia charts, superstar Maki Nomiya’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. Maki Nomiya was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Maki Nomiya and Pink no Kokoro together. Maki Nomiya is one of my favourite bands of all time.
Motor Humming actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Maki Nomiya’s face. Furafuupu Rumba - A catchy, upbeat tune. Shampoo is pretty funky and mellow. Don’t judge Atomic Bomb Rock on the first listening. Riding on a Boat has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. A great put together song. Love is a Polka Dot as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature. Bishonen - A nice song. Christmas in a Picture Book is a song to enjoy for years to come. Put Twiggy Twiggy into car stereo for your highway driving I like Rabbit and Me because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Pink Heart as a highlight of Pink no Kokoro contains a ton of marvelous melodies.
