This album has some very good songs like Rio and It’s A Different World. 81 is an amazing album, racked with beauty.This disc has all of the essential Maywood classics. If you love Maywood as much as I do, then Maywood 81 is the CD for you!
It’s A Different World is possibly the best song Maywood has come up. I love the melodic melody of Gone Without A Reason and to this day it makes me feel good. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with You Are The One. Since I Met You is really the reason why I recommend buying 81. Pasadena is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. I’m In love For The Very First make listening to Maywood like being in some sort of time warp. Once Mano gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. What A World is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion. In Distant Love the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. Blew our minds when we first heard Just A Little Bit Of Love.
