six years ago, Michael Garrison briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “The Search”. Michael Garrison was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Michael Garrison and The Distance From Here together. It has been six years Michael Garrison’ last studio CD, “The Distance From Here” which won Array Grammy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. IT makes me wanna dance!
The Search is nothing but pure genius. Dreams is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. Twilight’s Return is almost impossible to review. The Distance From Here couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Escape. Strong, powerful vocals of Michael Garrison in Theme To Onday are very impressive. The Voyage is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart.
